Jewish Wedding Lighting & Production

We are very well known for creating a good Simcha, and if you are Jewish you’ll understand exactly what that means! If not, then Simcha roughly means ‘Joy’ and it’s often used as the term to describe a Wedding or celebration if you are Jewish.

Just Smile are one of the fastest growing production companies in the Jewish world, delivering over 50 Simchas each year, and making each one as special as the next. And each one can vary, depending on the style, the venue and of course the budget.

We were asked to provide Lighting & Production for Louise & James’ Wedding which was to be held in the Meadow Barn at the fabulous Tewin Bury Farm Hotel. Having provided similar services for family & friends before, we were recommended, and like most of our work procured through word of mouth.

The event was stunning, with the band One Entertainment on stage, and the room lit in pinks & purples as was the request of the Bride. We also provide a Starlight Dance Floor, White Carpeted Curved Stage, Photo Booth & backdrops.

We can provide Jewish Wedding Lighting & Production at any venue, and we have experience working in many of the west end hotels and many of the Hertfordshire hotels actively recommend us.

Event Production | The Function Band | Carlton Tower, London

We were asked to provide event production for Brandon’s Barmitvah being held at the beautiful Jumeirah Carlton Tower with The Function Band performing. Working with The Event Geekz on this fabulous event, together we designed a custom black triangular Acrylic stage, finished to perfection, with CO2 jets either side. A Truss framed backdrop with black drape and white rope set off with UV LED Strips to create a stunning backdrop to the stage, which was home to our LED Screen DJ Booth.

We also provided a 24ft x 24ft Black Gloss Acrylic Dance Floor, Lighting, with moving beams & moving washes on Black Acrylic Plinths and mounted to the backdrop truss. Haze machines created a fine mist throughout the room which showed off the lighting for this stunning event.

The LED Screen DJ Booth provided a centerpiece for the stage which included shapes & effects whilst the performances from The Function Band took place, and then through the dining & early evening the screen displayed a logo designed especially for the event and family photographs.

Jumeirah Carlton Tower

The Jumeirah Carlton Tower was a stunning venue for a Simcha, and the venue has their function suites on the first floor. The venue is located in the Knightsbridge area of London and is only 23 miles from our Warehouse in Watford, Hertfordshire.

The venue is well designed with elegant panelled walls, luxrious carpets & rugs throughout the venue and stunning communal spaces, bars / restaurant which can host private dining and drinks. The Jumeirah Carlton Tower is well appointed and ideal for events, with a hospitable team at the heart of the venue.

Barmitzvah Four Seasons Park Lane, London

We provided full event production for the Barmitzvah of Theo at the Four Seasons Hotel, Park Lane, London.

Our team of technicians provided:

Full Sound using our D&B Audiotechnik Line Array for DJ / Singer & Musicians
Full Lighting Production, including Beam movers, backdrop & wireless uplighting
Pinspotting of all the table centrepieces

The design & project was managed by The Event Geekz, who designed the concept & managed the whole event.

Our team enjoyed working on the bespoke design for the event, and delivered a sensational production for young Theo’s most important celebration.

The Four Seasons Hotel, Park Lane

It was a pleasure working at The Four Seasons Hotel on Park Lane. From the perspective of our event team, the hotel were incredibly helpful, hospitable and were generous providing refreshments & advice as and when required as our team readied the venue for this awesome celebration.

We would highly recommend The Four Seasons Hotel on Park Lane to anyone looking for an event venue of this type. The venue appears to have a selection of function & meeting rooms available for all types of events.

Wedding Lighting & Production at Hilton Syon Park with Muzika

We provided Wedding Lighting and Production, including Stage for both the band Muzika & the Chuppah, full lighting for the ceremony & reception, Backdrops, including a full height custom pinch pleat backdrop behind the band on the stage.

We were contracted by our clients direct, Jon & Debbie, who had a very clear brief, meticulous planning and organisation beforehand allowed our team the time & creativity to deliver an outstanding production in the stunning Grand Syon Ballroom at the London Hilton Syon Park.

Wedding Production at The Runnymede on Thames

We were asked by Gerry & Karen if we could provide Event Production for the Wedding of their Daughter Carly, to be held at The Runymede on Thames.

The entertainment was to be the fantastic Fil Straughan with his band Strong Sensation who led proceedings for the event.

We provided a number of items to give this Wedding the wow factor it deserved for such a stunning venue. These included Stage for Chuppah, Lighting for the Ceremony, Backdrops for Stage & Top Table, wireless uplighting, Pin-spotting, full-lighting production and a White Starlight Dance Floor.
