This venue has two stunning Ballrooms and many more rooms, break out spaces, and communal areas which welcome stunning Weddings and create some of the greatest memories for families, friends and colleagues.

On this event, we provided White Glitter Boarded Stage, Lighting, Dance Floor, Aisle Runner, Chuppah Stage, Stage Pleated Backdrop and all of the details on f0r the perfect finish. We also provided GOBO lighting, which allowed us to put the Wedding couples initials on the backdrop and on the dance floor.

Jewish Wedding Sopwell House

Just Smile are recommended at Sopwell House as one of the venues Wedding Suppliers. Our client David Krist approached Just Smile to deliver his Wedding Production for his Jewish Wedding being held at the stunning hotel in February 2020.

Just Smile provided Stage, Dance Floor and Lighting, but also a backdrop for the top table. The venue looked stunning, and the well-known Pure Showband performed on stage. The lighting was operated by one of the Just Smile technical team who ensured the lighting worked to the music throughout the evening.

Sopwell House is a popular Wedding venue in St Albans Hertfordshire, and is popular with Jewish Weddings and planners who recognise the venue as a luxury wedding venue in the area. The hotels ‘St Alban Suite’ can hold over 20o guests.

The Grove Wedding Production with The Function Band

On the 24th March 2019, Just Smile Ltd providing Wedding Production & Lighting at The Grove in Watford.

We provided, White Curved Carpeted Stage, White Starlight Dance Floor, Stage & Dancefloor Lighting, Uplighting, Stage Backdrop and Chuppah Stage & Aisle Runner. Working to suit the client budget and working with the colour scheme for this stunning wedding.

Wedding Production at The Savoy

We provided Wedding Production at The Savoy. With separate lighting at the Synagogue for the ceremony. Our production included a tiered stage with mirror trim, multiple steps and a white carpet & leatherette finish. We used 8 plinths to create a backdrop to the stage, with multiple moving heads lighting effects mounted on these. We also provided four truss towers around the room which allowed a further 8 moving lights to be mounted around the room. Uplighting, Pin-spotting and a large White Dance Floor finished off the look which tied in well to the aesthetics of the Lancaster Ballroom at The Savoy.

The Savoy

A stunning venue for any Wedding or Celebration. The Savoy famously sits on The Strand in central London and backs on to the River Thames, in prime theatre-land. A landmark venue with history and stories to boot… The Lancaster Ballroom must have played host to many events which would have included celebrities and rich & famous. A real treat of a venue if you are looking for something a bit special.

London Wedding Production | One Marylebone

We provided full London Wedding Production. We were contacted by our client who was getting married at One Marylebone to provide full sound & lighting for a stunning Wedding. Our team first set up the venue for the ceremony, with white uplighting throughout the venue and motif gobo lighting on the walls through the centre of the venue (see pictures). The florist had some 10ft trees with fairly lights lining the aisle which really finished off the look.

Following the ceremony guests were welcomed upstairs where we had providing a Bose sound system for background music and uplighting to create a warm ambience. Our client had also arrange for some white seating which was placed throughout the space. The uplighting was a pink in colour.

Once the guests moved back downstairs they saw our full production with White Starlight DJ booth, plinths and pink uplighting throughout the venue with beam lighting for the DJ & dance Floor. Our team designed the scheme to work with our clients aspirations.

The Venue

One Marylebone is a stunning blank canvass venue in the centre of London opposite Great Portland Street tube station. The venue is in Westminster, London, and is a former Anglican church, built in 1828 by Sir John Soane. …In 1818 parliament passed an act setting aside one million pounds to celebrate the defeat of Napoleon. This is one of the so-called “Waterloo churches” that were built with the money. It has an external pulpit facing onto Marylebone Road, and an entrance with four large Ionic columns. There is a lantern steeple, similar to St Pancras New Church, which is also on Euston Road to the east.

We are excited to have provided full production at One Marylebone and look forward to returning to the venue soon.

South Lodge Wedding Design | Wedding Production

Our team were asked to create the wow-factor for a absolutely stunning Wedding to be held at South Lodge in Horsham.

Upon meeting with the event planner, the wedding design was to be elegant pleats in creams, champagnes & a touch of pink, with full technical production integrated into the design, but to almost hide the sound & lighting equipment.

Included in the wedding design, we re-carpeted the room, built a custom acrylic cream dance floor, pinch pleated the walls & added panels, installed the sound & lighting, built custom tables, built a semi-circular cream stage, LED Curved Bar, DJ booth, custom Dance Floor graphic, lighting within the backdrop & uplighting throughout. Working with other suppliers and the planner, the final look included stunning flowers & candles, carefully selected chairs and superb entertainment which help achieve the overall objective provided by the client.

South Lodge

The South Lodge Hotel is a 19th-century five star country house hotel set in Horsham, West Sussex in the south of England. In 1883, Frederick DuCane Godman began development on the original South Lodge modest dwelling in the same neo-Jacobean style as many other Sussex country houses of the period. Godman commenced the final substantial additions to the building in 1911 when the Drawing Room Wing was constructed. Winston Churchill was a regular guest to the house during his time in Parliament and to commemorate this the corridor through to the newly developed Sussex Wing from the Billiard Bar now marks the place where a lift used to take him up to the Elizabeth Le Bay room. During World War II South Lodge was used as a hospital and the country house opened as a hotel in 1985.

Pure Orange Production | LED Screen

We were asked to provide event production & show off our LED Screen for Pure Orange who are a function band for a showcase that they were holding at The Hive, in the Amber Suite.

This would give us an opportunity to show off our Wedding Production & Event Production skills at a familiar venue, with a great function band. Our production on this showcase included:

Wedding Lighting & Production at Hilton Syon Park with Muzika

We provided Wedding Lighting and Production, including Stage for both the band Muzika & the Chuppah, full lighting for the ceremony & reception, Backdrops, including a full height custom pinch pleat backdrop behind the band on the stage.

We were contracted by our clients direct, Jon & Debbie, who had a very clear brief, meticulous planning and organisation beforehand allowed our team the time & creativity to deliver an outstanding production in the stunning Grand Syon Ballroom at the London Hilton Syon Park.

Wedding Production at The Runnymede on Thames

We were asked by Gerry & Karen if we could provide Event Production for the Wedding of their Daughter Carly, to be held at The Runymede on Thames.

The entertainment was to be the fantastic Fil Straughan with his band Strong Sensation who led proceedings for the event.

We provided a number of items to give this Wedding the wow factor it deserved for such a stunning venue. These included Stage for Chuppah, Lighting for the Ceremony, Backdrops for Stage & Top Table, wireless uplighting, Pin-spotting, full-lighting production and a White Starlight Dance Floor.

The Runnymede on Thames

The Runnymede on Thames is a stunning modern hotel located just off the M25 near Egham, Surrey. Just Smile provided Event Production, Lighting, Dance Floor, Staging, Backdrops to this stunning Wedding held at the Runnymede.

Event & Lighting Production for Wedding in Hatfield

Far be it for us to blow our own trumpet about our Wedding Lighting & Production, but occasionally plans come together easily and you end up creating a wonderful event, which wows guests, and even puts a smile on our own faces… and when it’s the Wedding of the bosses sister, I guess it makes it even more special for our team!

We worked alongside a selection of the finest suppliers and this wonderful venue to create the Wedding that Marianne & Richard had been looking forward to, although the brief was fairly relaxed, team smile decided to pull out just a few of the bells and whistles to create a little bit of wow-factor (or at least we hope we did).

We provided full Wedding Lighting & Production, which included lighting show including 16 moving fixtures, stage lighting and full room controlled wireless uplighting. We built and hung a truss frame, winched it up on the beams in this 16th century barn, which was home to our lighting infrastructure. But it also meant that main source of the production was above head height and out of sight for the most part of the day to the 180 guests.

The venue is a stunning 16th Century Barn conversion at what used to be known as Hatfield London Country Club. The new and current owners have invested heavily refurbishing the barn to utilise it for functions and events, and it creates a stunning backdrop for weddings & celebrations, along with fabulous grounds and the service from the venue, is always second to none!
