Our workshop
Labour & Installation
Our Hertfordshire-based workshop is where our team gets to work creating any custom elements our clients need. They work closely with our Production Manager to make sure everything that leaves the workshop is finished to the highest standard.
Our technical team is very knowledgeable and has worked together to deliver many events over the years. You will be assigned a project manager who will lead the team and ensure your set and staging meets your expectations. Our team will ensure you are happy when this is being done and any liaison required with the venue will be handled prior to the set up – if needed, your project manager will communicate with the venue during set up.
Production management
Your assigned project manager will ensure that everything is prepped, packed and loaded to ensure no nasty surprises happen for your event. Our project managers have knowledge of many venues, or consult a team member who may have worked in your venue before. They will ensure that your event is delivered to your expectations.

The size of your conference set usually varies on the event requirements and the size of the room or spaces where the event is being held. We will work with you to ensure all of your requirements are met and that your conference set will be as you intend.
We offer full branding and personalisation options. From your company logo to text or images. We have a partner company who we work with on all of our print projects. We also use cut letters if you would prefer your customisation to be your logo standing on the set. But video is also popular for conference sets, avoiding the need for printing in many cases.
We will look after every aspect of the conference set build. We will work with you and your team and our very own in-house crew to ensure the set is constructed as planned and intended. We will meet all health and safety requirements and provide all documentation as required by the venue.
The cost of a conference set will vary based on your client specific requirements plus any additional extras you require such as branding and audio visual equipment. You can usually expect a conference set to start in the hundreds of pounds, but can easily go into the thousands of pounds. Our technical team would be delighted to provide a bespoke quotation for you.
