What size conference set do I need?
The size of your conference set usually varies on the event requirements and the size of the room or spaces where the event is being held. We will work with you to ensure all of your requirements are met and that your conference set will be as you intend.
Can my conference set be personalised / branded?
We offer full branding and personalisation options, be that your company logo to text or images. We have a partner company who we work with on all of our print projects. We also use cut letters if you would prefer your customisation to be your logo standing on the set.
Video is also popular for conference sets, avoiding the need for printing in many cases.
Will you look after the build, health and safety and organise the installation of the set?
We will look after every aspect of the conference set build. We will work with you and your team and our very own in-house crew to ensure the set is constructed as planned and intended. We will meet all health and safety requirements and provide all documentation as required by the venue.
How much does a conference set cost?
The cost of a conference set will vary based on your client specific requirements plus any additional extras you require such as branding and audio visual equipment. You can usually expect a conference set to start in the hundreds of pounds, but can easily go into the thousands of pounds.
