Event & Party Productions

From spectacular milestone birthdays and exclusive private celebrations to parties at luxury venues and private estates, Just Smile creates unforgettable events for clients who want to do something exceptional.

We provide complete private party production, bringing together creative design, professional sound, spectacular lighting, staging, video, entertainment and technical expertise to transform spaces and deliver incredible experiences.

Whether we’re taking over an iconic venue, transforming a marquee or building an event from the ground up at a private residence, every production is designed around one thing: creating a party your guests will talk about long after the last song.

Private Parties, Produced Properly

The best parties don’t feel like a collection of hired equipment.

Everything works together.

The room. The lighting. The music. The stage. The dance floor. The entertainment. The moment the doors open. The moment the party really starts.

Our production team brings those elements together into one considered experience, working alongside you, your planner and your venue to develop the creative and technical production from initial concept through to the final show.

We can take care of:

• Creative and technical event production
• Bespoke lighting design
• Professional concert-quality sound
• Staging and stage design
• LED screens and video
• DJ and live entertainment production
• Dance floors and DJ booths
• Special effects
• Draping and venue transformation
• Technical crew and show management

One team. One production. Every detail considered.

Milestone Birthdays & Private Celebrations

Some occasions deserve considerably more than a party.

We produce milestone birthdays, anniversaries and private celebrations designed around the people at the centre of them.

That could mean transforming an elegant country house into an incredible late-night party, building a complete production inside a luxury marquee, creating a show-stopping reveal or delivering the sound, lighting and stage production for headline entertainment.

No two celebrations should look or feel the same.

Our job is to understand what you want your guests to experience and then work out how to make it happen.

Sound That Changes the Room

When the dance floor opens, the production needs to deliver.

We design professional sound systems around the venue, entertainment and guest experience, providing the clarity and impact you’d expect from a high-end live event.

From DJs and live bands to headline performers and specialist entertainment, our technical team can provide the complete audio infrastructure and on-site engineering required to make every performance sound exceptional.

Lighting Designed Around Your Event

Lighting is one of the most powerful ways to transform a venue.

We use professional event lighting to shape spaces, highlight architecture, create atmosphere and change the energy of the room throughout the evening.

Elegant and understated during dinner.

Dramatic for a reveal.

Then something completely different when the party begins.

Our lighting designers build each design around your venue, styling and production concept to create something that feels entirely your own.

Private Estates, Marquees & At-Home Events

Creating an exceptional event away from a traditional venue requires considerably more technical planning.

From staging, lighting and sound to power distribution, rigging and technical management, we’ll work alongside your marquee company, planner, caterer and other suppliers to create a complete production environment.

Production for World-Class Entertainment

If you’re bringing exceptional entertainment into the room, they need exceptional production behind them.

Our team can deliver the technical requirements for DJs, bands, musicians, performers and headline acts, liaising directly with artists and their production teams to ensure everything they need is in place.

From rider management and soundchecks to staging, monitoring, lighting and show operation, we take care of the technical detail so the performance feels effortless to your guests.

Your Party Starts With an Idea

You don’t need to know what sound system you need.

You don’t need to know how many lights the room requires.

And you certainly don’t need to arrive with an equipment list.

Tell us about the celebration you’re planning, the venue you’ve chosen and the experience you want to create.

We’ll take care of the production.
