Luxury Wedding Production at Park Hyatt London River Thames

We recently had the pleasure of providing AV production for a beautiful wedding at the prestigious Park Hyatt London River Thames, helping create a seamless transition from an elegant ceremony to a spectacular evening reception.
Elegant Ceremony Production
For the ceremony, our team supplied a 3m x 3m carpeted boxed stage. The stage created a clean, elevated focal point, ensuring the ceremony looked stunning from every angle.
To complete the ceremony setup, we also installed a 2m wide white carpet aisle, creating a beautiful entrance for the couple and complementing the luxurious surroundings of the venue.
Transforming the Ballroom
Following the ceremony, the celebrations continued in the ballroom, where our team installed a range of production elements to create an elegant and vibrant reception space.
We provided two carpeted boxed stages, one for the DJ and another for the bride and groom’s sweetheart table, creating defined feature areas within the room while maintaining a sophisticated finish.
At the heart of the ballroom was a 24ft x 24ft white LED starlit dance floor, offering the perfect centrepiece for the evening’s celebrations and providing a stunning backdrop for the couple’s first dance and guests throughout the night.
Lighting That Elevated the Atmosphere
Lighting plays a vital role in creating the perfect wedding ambience, and this event was no exception.
Our team installed moving head fixtures on plinths around the ballroom, adding dynamic lighting effects that transformed the space as the evening progressed. These were complemented by pin spotting, carefully highlighting key features around the room, while the use of haze enhanced every beam of light, creating depth and atmosphere for both guests and photographers.
