Our Stage Lorry, Sound, Lighting, and Power services were commissioned to deliver a bespoke mini-festival experience for a private event, featuring The Vaccines alongside a number of additional acts.
The brief called for a high-quality audio system capable of supporting multiple bands and solo performers for an intimate, invited audience. To meet this requirement, we deployed our RCF HDL30 line array system, complemented by RCF subwoofers and stage wedges, all driven by an Allen & Heath GLD digital mixing console—providing clarity, punch, and consistency throughout the performances.
Alongside the audio production, we designed and delivered a dynamic lighting show using a combination of ADJ and Chauvet fixtures, programmed and operated via an Avolites Tiger Touch II console. Additional production elements included effects from Prolight Concepts Group, as well as hazers and CO₂ jets to enhance the overall atmosphere and impact of the show.
We also supplied full site power via our 22kVA Pramac three-phase generator, delivering reliable power not only for the stage, sound, and lighting systems, but also for a nearby food truck on site.
Our Stage Lorry, featuring an 8m x 7m performance area, provided a robust and versatile platform for all acts. The integrated design allowed for efficient rigging of both lighting and audio, creating a professional, festival-style production for the audience.
