We were contacted to provide stage, sound, lighting & power for a private music festival for a company that holds an annual event for their employees to enjoy entertainment and drinks at a private property away from their usual workplace.
Our Festival Production crew pulled out the stops to ensure all acts were happy to perform.
Our client booked one of our popular festival stages suitable for a mixture of acts & DJ’s. Over the coming weeks more acts were added and we were arranging stage, sound and lighting requirements for Toploader and Deacon Blue who had been booked to perform at the event.
We upgraded our stage to include cowsheds so that we could use rolling risers and for sound, we used our RCF HDL30 Line Array with Allen & Heath GLD Consoles. We supplied two Midas ProX and 15″ wedges for foldback as well.
For lighting, we used a mixture of Robe Pointe, Robe LEDBeam350, Robe LEDBeam150, Chauvet Rogue R2, ADJ Jolt Bar, ADJ Ultra Bar 9, Avolites Tiger Touch 2 & Look Solutions Unique 2.1 Hazer to make sure the lighting was spot on.
For staging, we use a Metalworx System 2o00 Truss stage system bringing in additional Duratruss bars flown for the lighting which really added to the whole festival look.
