We provided audio visual support for the Flexsa Awards at the Landmark London Hotel in Marylebone, with AV support, staging and sets, lighting and sound.
Our client had booked the Marble Ballroom at the Landmark, a beautiful room deserving of high quality sound and lighting equipment. For this particular event, we provided a 6m x 2.4m stage with a 6m x 4m 2-tiered carpeted stage as well as 4 x 50″ LED screens and an abundance of sound and lighting including Sennheiser microphones, a D&D sound system with 4 subs and 4 tops.
Providing this level of audio visual aid allowed all delegates attending to be able to hear and see the presenters whether that be on the stage or through the repeater screens. The equipment used also allowed for there to be a band and DJ after the awards which was a brilliant end to a wonderful evening.
Even with a complicated brief, our team were well equipped to deliver this event and helped to create a good atmosphere for the guests.
