Hertfordshire Awards Production
We were delighted to provide AV production in Hertfordshire for the L&L Automotive Awards, held at the beautiful Tewinbury Farm. Our team provided a combination of audio visual production, event lighting, staging, entertainment and dance floor hire to create an impressive awards evening followed by a lively celebration.
For the reception area, we installed wireless uplighters, adding atmospheric lighting as guests arrived and creating a warm and welcoming first impression.
AV Production in the Meadow Barn
The main event took place in the Meadow Barn, where we supplied a range of professional AV equipment for the awards ceremony and evening entertainment.
A 1ft 6in x 6m x 3m black box carpeted stage provided a smart focal point for the event, complemented by an LED screen for displaying event content and awards visuals. We also supplied moving head lighting fixtures, additional wireless uplighters and an ADJ Jolt Bar lighting system, creating dynamic effects throughout the evening.
To enhance the atmosphere once the awards had finished, a haze machine was used alongside the lighting, helping to create a more immersive look on the dance floor.
The room was completed with an 18ft x 16ft black starlight dance floor, providing a striking centrepiece for the evening entertainment and giving guests the perfect space to celebrate.
Entertainment for the L&L Automotive Awards
As well as the AV production and event equipment, we also provided entertainment for the evening, hiring in Back to the 80s to keep guests dancing after the awards ceremony. The combination of professional event lighting, staging, AV equipment and live entertainment helped transform the Meadow Barn from an awards venue into a vibrant party space.
