Luxury Wedding Production at Sopwell House

We were proud to provide luxury wedding production and audio visual production for Sophie & Alex’s wedding at Sopwell House Hotel in Hertfordshire. From the outdoor ceremony through to the evening celebrations, our team provided a complete range of wedding AV, lighting, staging and event production services, carefully designed to complement the elegant setting of this beautiful Hertfordshire wedding venue.

Outdoor Wedding Ceremony Production

For the outdoor wedding ceremony, we provided a 3m x 3m square stage for the chuppah, positioned at the end of a 2m Polar White aisle runner. The clean, contemporary finish of the staging created a beautiful focal point for the ceremony while complementing the surroundings at Sopwell House.

Wedding Staging, Lighting & AV Production

Inside the main reception room, we provided a 6m x 3m white box carpeted stage for the live band, creating a professional performance area that integrated seamlessly with the wedding design.

Behind the band, we installed a 6m x 3m white silk backdrop, with a matching backdrop positioned behind the top table. These elements helped create a polished and luxurious finish while providing an elegant backdrop for the evening celebrations and wedding photography.

To complete the room, we supplied an 18ft x 18ft white acrylic glossy dance floor, providing the perfect base for an evening of dancing. 

Our wedding lighting production included uplighters throughout the room, alongside moving head lights positioned on plinths. This combination of atmospheric lighting and dynamic event lighting helped transform the reception space from an area for speeches into an exciting evening entertainment environment.
