We worked with Sopwell House Hotel who were hosting the Pride of Britain Hotels group conference production which included three events across two days.
We kicked the event off with an opulent evening including live music and supplier sampling with some networking.
We decorated the room in a black pleated drape, provided an LED Screen, Stage, Uplighting and Sound for the evening and even brought in custom Gobos which tied the whole event together.
For the following day we turned the room into a group conference production by removing the drape and making the tech suitable for presentations with the help of a comfort monitor, lectern, mics and more.
For the second evening, we added a lighting package and the elements to provide sound, monitors etc for a full live band at the Gala Dinner which was all presented in front of the LED Screen which had taken centre stage for the entirety of the two day event.
