BEAM Annual Forum 2026 – Conference & AV Production at Wyboston Lakes
On 16th July 2026, we were delighted to provide conference AV production at Wyboston Lakes for the industry-renowned BEAM Annual Forum 2026.
Organised around the theme Relationships 3.0, this year’s forum explored how the way we connect with one another continues to evolve, moving beyond traditional networking and towards creating more meaningful relationships.
With this in mind, it was important that the conference production supported the event’s vision, creating a professional and engaging environment where attendees could listen, participate and connect.
Conference Production at Wyboston Lakes
The BEAM Annual Forum 2026 took place in The Rosewood Suite at Wyboston Lakes in Bedfordshire, where we provided a complete conference AV production solution, including staging, LED screens, sound and professional event lighting.
At the centre of the room was an impressive 11.9m x 3m grey stage set, incorporating three large LED screens alongside a 6m x 3m carpeted boxed stage.
The stage was professionally lit using BEAM’s brand colours, creating a strong visual focal point while maintaining a clean and professional backdrop for the day’s speakers and panel discussions.
To ensure the entire audience could comfortably see the presentations, we also provided two 75-inch LED screens on stands positioned within the room.
Professional Conference AV Production
Clear communication is essential for any successful conference, particularly when an event features multiple speakers, presentations and panel discussions.
Our conference AV production ensured that presentations were clearly visible and that speakers could be heard throughout the venue.
A professional audio system provided crystal-clear sound across the room, helping ensure that every presentation, discussion and contribution could be heard without distraction.
Our experienced production team was on hand throughout the event to support the technical requirements and ensure the conference ran smoothly.
Corporate Event Lighting & Production
As well as providing the technical requirements for the daytime conference, we also transformed the space for the evening celebrations.
The Cedar Lounge was turned into a vibrant party environment, with truss towers supporting ADJ Vizi RX1 moving heads and Maverick Storm 2 Beam Wash fixtures.
The lighting system was controlled using an Avolites Quartz lighting desk, allowing our team to create a dynamic lighting show that completely changed the atmosphere of the room.
The result was a high-energy evening environment that encouraged guests to relax, socialise and continue the connections created throughout the forum.
