On 16th July, we were privileged to provide AV production for the industry-renowned BEAM Annual Forum, held this year at Wyboston Lakes. The theme, Relationships 3.0, explored the evolution of how we connect, moving beyond the traditional value of networking. It was important that our production supported this vision, creating an environment where attendees could engage and connect on a meaningful level.
The day featured an impressive line-up of speakers presenting from our 11.9m x 3m grey stage set, complete with three large LED screens and a 6m x 3m carpeted boxed stage in The Rosewood Suite. Lit in BEAM’s brand colours, the stage created a professional backdrop that kept the focus firmly on the speakers and panel discussions. Supported by two 75-inch LED screens on stands, every seat had a clear view, while our audio system delivered crystal-clear sound throughout the venue, ensuring every presentation was heard without distraction.
As the forum came to a close, The Cedar Lounge was transformed into the ultimate party venue. Truss towers supported BEAM ADJ Vizi RX1s and Maverick Storm 2 Beam Wash fixtures, all controlled from an Avolites Quartz lighting desk. The dynamic lighting helped create an incredible atmosphere and kept guests dancing well into the evening.
Overall, the event was a huge success, and it was a pleasure to work alongside the BEAM board to deliver such a prestigious industry event.
