Hertfordshire Awards Production
We were delighted to return to Sopwell House in St Albans, Hertfordshire, to provide awards AV production for the Heart Hertfordshire Hero Awards.
The annual awards, organised by Heart Hertfordshire, celebrate the incredible achievements of local people who make a difference to their communities. Recognising unsung heroes for their dedication, compassion and selflessness, the event provides an opportunity to celebrate the people who go above and beyond to help others across Hertfordshire.
For this year’s event, Just Smile provided a complete awards production and AV solution, combining professional staging, sound, lighting and event equipment to create a polished environment for the evening’s celebrations.
Awards AV Production at Sopwell House
Our production for the Heart Hertfordshire Hero Awards included a range of technical and event production services, including:
- Full-room black silk draping
- A 6m x 2m red box carpeted stage with access ramp
- D&B medium FOH sound system featuring four tops and two subs
- A selection of Sennheiser microphones
- 20ft x 12ft white acrylic dance floor
- Robe moving head lighting
- Wireless uplighters throughout the room and foyer
- Red carpet entrance
- LED totems featuring Just Smile, Heart Hertfordshire and sponsor branding
The combination of professional sound, lighting, staging and AV equipment helped create a professional setting for the awards presentation, while the lighting and room dressing helped transform the venue for the evening celebrations.
