When Hamilton Fraser approached us to help them deliver video and lighting for their staff awards event at the Village Hotel Watford, we were delighted to help.
We supplied a large LED screen with 2 x 60″ LED relay monitors, alongside a comprehensive, fully controllable lighting package featuring moving heads and uplighters to enhance the awards experience.
Additionally, we provided a high-quality D&B sound system, with a premier DJ sourced through our entertainment arm, Just Smile Entertainment, and an experienced technical team to ensure seamless delivery and a polished, professional event from start to finish.
This allowed the event to flow seamlessly from daytime conference to party in the evening without the client needing to stress.
