We were delighted to provide full event production for Brandon’s Bar Mitzvah, held at the stunning Jumeirah Carlton Tower, with The Function Band delivering an outstanding live performance. Working closely with The Event Geekz, we collaborated on the design and delivery of this spectacular celebration.
Together, we created a bespoke black triangular acrylic stage, finished to the highest standard and enhanced with CO₂ jets positioned on either side for dramatic impact. Behind the stage, a truss-framed backdrop featuring black draping and white rope detail with UV LED strips framed our LED screen DJ booth, creating a striking visual focal point.
The production also included a 24ft x 24ft black gloss acrylic dance floor, along with a dynamic lighting setup. Moving beam and moving wash fixtures were mounted on black acrylic plinths and integrated into the backdrop truss, delivering energy and movement throughout the space.
Haze machines were used to create a fine atmospheric mist, allowing the lighting effects to truly stand out and adding depth and drama to the room.
The LED screen DJ booth served as the centrepiece of the stage, displaying dynamic shapes and visual effects during live performances by The Function Band. During dinner and the early evening, the screen transitioned to show a bespoke event logo and family photographs, adding a personal touch to an already unforgettable occasion.
